Mission Labs Awarded Approved Supplier Status to the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 12 Framework.

CCS G-Cloud 12 was released earlier this month to provide public sector organisations with a simple and compliant way to purchase cloud based services, and replaced the previous G-Cloud 11 standard. The framework helps public sector and government agencies to procure services and software more quickly. In 2019/20 CCS helped the public sector achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn, supporting world-class public services that offer optimal value for taxpayers.

Damian Hanson, Co-founder of Mission Labs commented:

“We are delighted to have been included in the new G-Cloud 12 framework, allowing us to continue providing modern, innovative cloud services to forward-thinking Government, NHS Trusts, Education providers and other public sector organisation.

"This year in particular we’ve seen a significant acceleration in public sector digital customer experience programmes, and in an increasingly virtual world, it’s essential for these public sector organisations to remain connected with their staff and service users.”

Mission Labs delivers digital customer experience transformation through an expansive suite of modern, cloud-based communication technologies that help clients achieve end-to-end CX integration, enhanced customer satisfaction, and improved cost efficiency.

The company is an approved AWS Public Sector Partner, which further validates its experience of, and capabilities within, the public and not-for-profit sectors. During the COVID-19 pandemic Mission Labs has also provided over 100 charities, healthcare providers and public sector outfits with free-of-charge communications consultancy and software, allowing these organisations to take advantage of the cloud, empowering staff homeworking, and providing enhanced availability to cope with such unprecedented spikes in demand.
